2 large eggs
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Shape the Patties:Â Scoop out about a tablespoon of the chicken mixture and form it into a patty, then place it on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all the mixture is used up, spacing the patties about an inch apart.
Bake the Patties: Bake the patties for 20-25 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time for an even golden brown color. The patties are done when they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and are golden and crispy on the outside.
